Here’s what you will do –
 Develop execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition
 Manage relationships with ad networks and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee campaign
delivery and results
 Lead and manage full-funnel experiments from ideation to implementation and analysis, identifying
opportunities for business scaling.
 Identify and test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
 Collaborate with Data Analytics and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional
opportunities for growth.
 establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau to track and report on
growth
 Apply A/B testing other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
 Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in growth

What are we looking for –
 Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies.
 Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau).
 Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills-
 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Publishers, media planning, Programmatic or Search
 (Facebook, Google Ads etc.)
 Can-do attitude - keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
